Annual chartering
fees are: $15.00 per boy and $21.00 per leader. All persons supporting and/or
working in the local outpost must charter in order for the outpost to be a
"legitimate" Royal Rangers ministry group. Any boy who has attended at least 3
meetings is a member of the outpost. Semi-annual updates are encouraged. Boys
participating in the Ranger of the Year program must be chartered for both the
current year as well as the year in which the awards were earned.
ATTENTION: Both the blue National Charter Form (one page, front and back) and the white District Charter Forms (two pages, front and back) MUST be filled out and returned. THE PASTOR MUST SIGN BOTH.
